@AXA launched its ‘We Care’ program, designed to provide support to AXA’s 110,000 employees with the support & resources at different life stages to make their personal and professional decisions with confidence.

What is interesting about the program?

The ‘We Care’ program embodies the next strategic plan for 2024-2026. It is offered to all AXA’s employees across 51 countries through 4 main pillars:

• Caregiver policy – to provide employees caring for immediate family members.

• Domestic & sexual violence policy – to provide psychological support, specialist support services, flexible working arrangements and 5 days of fully paid leave for the impacted employees.

• Parental policy – besides the existing 16 weeks fully paid parent leave for the primary parent, to provide fully paid co-parent leave up to 8 weeks.

• Healthy You program – besides the existing benefits such as psychological assistance, teleconsultation services, medical check-ups, it expands to support employees experiencing menstrual health conditions, menopause, or andropause.
