3. EMPLOYER BRANDING TRENDS TO CONSIDER IN 2023. ?

On average, companies have 44 days to convince new hires to stay.

According to @BambooHR, once 1st impressions are made, it’s hard to move past them. Nearly 2/3 of employees (62%) say their impressions of their company from the 1st day at work are still accurate, with 60% agreeing that 1st impressions are hard to change.

The research lists the new hires’ biggest frustrations, which include:

  1. No clear points of contact for questions (65%)
  2. Not enough training on company products/services (62%)
  3. Lack of access to essential tools (58%)
  4. Technology issues (e.g., malfunctioning computers, lack of setup, etc.) (51%)
  5. Not having a single person acting as an onboarding guide (50%)
  6. No clear manager (44%)

5. A TOOL TO USE: Social media AI features. ?

Discover some new AI features to appear on social media:

  • LinkedIn is implementing AI features, incl. advertising campaigns with a new ad creation tool called Accelerate, which will automate the entire campaign creation process by providing your website’s URL.
  • Facebook will also offer generative AI features to its advertisers. These will include background generation (creating multiple backgrounds to complement product images), image expansion (adjusting creative assets to fit different aspect ratios), and text variations (generating multiple versions of ad texts based on advertiser’s original copy).
