In April 2022 @GE HealthCare reimagined its brand as more human-centric, innovative and bold. It partnered with @Interbrand. The new GE HealthCare’s purpose emerged as ‘To Create a World Where Healthcare Has No Limits’.
How was shaping the new brand identity approached?
? The visual an& verbal experience principles emphasize humanity over technology, compassion over efficiency, and put providers & patients at the center of the brand.
? The iconic GE logo combines a modern wordmark treatment & the compassion purple color; the photography pictures people as heroes and the language speaks with warmth & empathy.
?The process consisted of 20+ work streams incl. messaging, brand architecture, ESG, financial modeling, quantitative global research – looking at customer, investor, employee & stakeholder perceptions of the GE brand – and a global online feedback survey engaged its 50,000 employees.
