2. ACTIVATIONS TO FOLLOW: Pret A Manger goes after employees. ?

In March 2023 @Foundever launched a new YouTube channel ‘Water Cooler Moments’ to illustrate their EVP and increase brand awareness around the rebrand.

The YouTube series unveils how the employer fully embraces the company culture at all levels and how the moments that matter happen in the daily interactions between employees.

The innovative approach to 1:1 interview keeps the emotional side of the associates’ personal & professional journey, while adding a twist of entertainment that pulls people in.

What can be highlighted about the campaign?

?No one in the customer experience industry has done anything like ‘Water Cooler Moments’ before.

?Since launch, the series has organically gained over 54,000 impressions, an average impression CTR of 4%, 545.2 hours of watch time. Additionally, Foundever has seen an increase in CTR from episode to episode.

? The campaign has also increased the brand affinity and brand awareness. Candidates have mentioned being inspired by the stories to apply.

3. PEOPLE STRATEGY TRENDS TO CONSIDER IN 2023. ?
