2. ACTIVATIONS TO FOLLOW: Turkish Aerospace raises kids’ interest in the aerospace industry. ✈
The competition for engineering talent is growing and it’s going to continue. That is why the @Turkish Aerospace team developed the ‘Future Talents’ program to increase kids’ awareness of the aerospace industry & Turkish Aerospace and attract their attention while they’re young.
What is interesting about the program?
?The program divided up their future talent audience into 3 groups based on age: 6-10-, 11-14- and 15–18-year-olds.
? The programming and content assets were created for each age group and aligned with the 4 key stages the future talent would go through during the program: step 1: attention; step 2: awareness; step 3: motivation; step 4: guidance.
? The initiatives – traveling musical, an e-magazine & development workshops – were launched. So far, the touring musical has visited over 70 cities, held 350 performances and reached over 100,000 kids.
