2. ACTIVATIONS TO FOLLOW: Immutable referrals source game-changing talent. ?♂️
The @Immutable external referral program rewards participants for introducing the employer to game-changing talent. They don’t need to work at Immutable to take part. If their referral is hired, they get paid.
What is interesting about the program?
?Both the employees & non-employees get their referrals accepted.
?50% is paid on the payroll date following a referral’s 1st month and the rest 50% is paid once a referral passes probation.
