A new nationwide pilot aptitude test has been launched to give Brits an opportunity to test their aptitude for some of the key skills needed to be an airline pilot, such as sense of direction & reaction speed.

2. ACTIVATIONS TO FOLLOW: Aksa boosts operational efficiency & promotes work-life balance.
@Aksa Akrilik, a Turkish acrylic fiber producer, has become the nation’s first employer to adapt to a 4-day work week without altering employees’ salaries or hiring additional staff.
What is interesting about the four-day work week change?
The participation rate in the 4 day-a-week practice reached 94%.
A survey, conducted after the pilot study period, showed increased employee engagement, productivity, and motivation. Over 85% of respondents reported an improvement in work-life balance as a result of the new schedule.
The company determined off days more flexibly & started incorporating partial-day breaks.
The company observed a rise in job applications, indicating its attractiveness as an employer.
