@Arkema has just launched its employer brand campaign ‘What are you made of? Changing the world requires the right formula’ to support the recruitment of over 2,000 full-time employees, 500 interns & work-study trainees.

What can be highlighted about the campaign?

A series of posters features Arkema employees revealing their unique makeup, for example: 37% daring, 32% power of persuasion, 15% superhero fan, etc.

Each poster conjures up the compositions of Arkema’s innovative materials & the people who will create, produce and sell them.

Following its launch in France, the campaign will be rolled out in the other countries.
