The ‘Assume That I Can’ campaign is being run by @CoorDown, devoted to the World Down Syndrome Day, held on 21 March 2024.
The 90-second provocative hero film highlights the misconceptions around the way the society treats people with Down’s syndrome and calls for an end to stereotypes, biases & low expectations so that people with the syndrome can live fulfilled lives.
Enjoy the campaign and its message which runs that each of us can contribute to inclusion by listening and looking at these people’s needs & desires.

2. ACTIVATIONS TO FOLLOW:Tata Technologies reignites careers on a break.
In January 2024 @Tata Technologies launched a recruitment campaign #Reignite, appealing to female engineers on a career break with a potential to take up roles in design engineering, CAD engineering, electric wiring harness, vehicle integration, BOM creation activities and others.
What stages did the program involve?
Stage Explore – the orientation sessions delved into modern digital engineering services, Tata Technologies as an employer of choice, and skills to ace interviews. Outstanding performers progressed to Stage 2, while others received a certificate for successful completion.
Stage Elevate – a customized training boosted soft skills and technical knowledge in core project domains. Top performers moved to the next stage, while the rest received a certificate for completion.
Stage Engage – a month-long paid internship included one-on-one guidance, hands-on project work and professional insights. Top performers got an opportunity to be part of the Tata Technologies team, while all the participants got a Reignite Internship program certificate.
