Its design mirrors that of their corporate website, providing a cohesive & unified brand experience which reinforces their identity across platforms.

What can be highlighted about the career website relaunch?

The website shares the company culture, what they do and how they hire to give future candidates a comprehensive look #InsideZalando.

They’ve prioritized the UGC over a traditional paid campaign – all the people featured on the website are Zalandos.

Through UGC alone, they attracted approx. 20,000 visitors on the launch day, underscoring the effectiveness of this approach in engaging the audience and driving traffic to the site.
