1. A BRAND TO FOLLOW: Nestlé indulges young talent in career programs. ? 

The @Nestlé Academy offers graduate schemes, apprenticeships, placements and internships to develop the skills for the future of work. Together with @Cappfinity they redesigned the existing assessment process mid last year to ensure it was relevant and appealing to early talent.

What is spectacular about the recruitment process?
? the assessments are designed to visually showcase the Nestlé employer brand; candidates are presented with a job simulation and can immerse themselves in a hypothetical project;
?after a virtual assessment centre with a strengths-based interview, candidates receive a feedback report and are invited to leave their own feedback at each stage;
?the refreshed campaign delivered 7,127 eligible applicants; 386 attended the assessment centre and 95 offers were made.
