In November 2022 @JYSK launched an employer branding campaign ‘Proud to be JYSK’. It introduced the company employees with the real life stories and gave an insight into what JYSK is and how the company values are lived.
What is spectacular about the campaign?
?it gained 45 million impressions on YouTube, 27 million impressions on Facebook, over 750 thousand impressions on LinkedIn, having increased the number of job applicants and the traffic to the company’s job sites;
?as part of the campaign, photo templates were created for the employees to acknowledge their colleagues on their personal social media accounts using #proudtobeJYSK.
