The Graduate Program offered structured technical training, real life customer projects & personal development courses, dedicated mentors & various social activities.

@Qualtrics has revealed the Employee Experience Trends 2024. Some include:

1. Employees would rather AI assist them than manage them. They are more open to AI they can control and direct, but are less accepting when they’re being evaluated or have higher impact on their career and livelihood.

2. Frontline employees are the most unhappy, poorly supported & least trusting. They lack the support they need to do a great job and a voice to drive improvements.

3. The new-job honeymoon phase has vanished. Employees with less than 6 months of tenure have the lowest intent to stay (3 years or more): just 38% vs 65% overall – a 27-point difference and 3 points lower than last year.
