2. ACTIVATIONS TO FOLLOW: Rolls-Royce breaks down pre-conceptions about careers. ?

 

Take a look at the Power Series campaign launched by @Rolls-Royce to attract, inform and provide ongoing support & encouragement to candidates through the recruitment process.

Having Meet and Engage and AMS as partners to this inspiring project, the campaign has won the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative Award at the Recruitment Marketing Awards 2022.

Why is this project spectacular?

?a series of 6 inspiring & information-packed virtual events gives an insight into working at Rolls-Royce;

?the Power Series was created and themed around powerful human traits that a diverse audience could recognize in themselves such as Courage (neurodiversity), Belief (Black Heritage backgrounds), Wisdom (sustainability), etc.;

?1,605 students engaged with the initiative; 1,475 people attended the events, 63% applied for opportunities at Rolls-Royce and 37% said they were “very likely” to apply.

3. EX FINDINGS 2022 TO CONSIDER. ✍

 

When rethinking employee experience at work, leaders need data to craft policies accordingly.

There are interesting findings in the 2022 State of EX survey, fielded by TI People and FOUNT Global, Inc. The key findings include:

1. 81% report that intense competition for talent is motivating their colleagues to invest more in EX;
2. 63% report that post-pandemic return-to-office/hybrid work issues are also motivating more EX investment;
3. The current business environment is disproportionately favorable for EX investment with 94% having EX improvement as more than just a short-term project at their companies. While for 51% EX work is a permanent change.
