@Hana Bank headquarters opens in early 2025 and is the winner in the Workplace category of Fast Company’s 2022 Innovation by Design Awards. A 15-story office building with a lush park delivers a restorative work environment and connects to the community.

What is special about its design?
?its design is a visual expression of Hana values and its commitment to human health, knowledge and life experiences, not just the bottom line;
?instead of a fully enclosed building with levels accessible by elevator, the new site is energized by a ribbon of park experiences, including plantings, plazas, sculptural landforms;
?a park-like environment with fresh air and green space will serve to enhance wellbeing and community;
?employees will be able to choose work points from traditional desks to seats in the rooftop park.

Gartner research provides labor market insights on flexible work and solutions for leveraging flexibility to acquire talent. 4 key insights include:

1. Flexible work continues to grow in importance more than 2 years into the pandemic.
2. Location flexibility remains important for candidates and employers. 2 out of 3 job candidates would prefer a hybrid or remote work model. More than half of organizations expect 50% of their workforce to be hybrid.
3. Location flexibility in job descriptions differs between various functions, roles & skills. The most common function that is advertised with location flexibility is IT: 37% of IT job descriptions mention location flexibility.
4. To remain competitive HR leaders should track flexibility trends for critical roles, benchmark flexibility advertised in job descriptions and review how location flexibility is messaged as part of their EVP.
