1. BRANDS TO FOLLOW: Spotify offering family-forming benefits
How cool is this name: family-forming benefits, we love it! Spotify introduced new family-forming benefits, giving every employee globally access to a lifetime allowance to use for IVF, donor services, adoption, fertility preservation or fertility assessments and education. The allowance amounts to several IVF cycles in the relevant country (eg. one cycle in Australia costs $10,000). Cool to see that! Grats to Spotify

5. INSIGHTS TO CATCH UP: candidate needs profile has changed
Not that we are suprised but all the groups has slightly changed their ideal employers profile during 2020/21 with preference to #security and #friendly workplace. Interesting to see how challenging work, innovation, dynamic enviroment dropped down in the needs hierachy. The change we all know but good to have it being proved with big numbers by Universum.
The example of IT candidates cohort (the group that has nothing to worry about due to over 40 milions global IT skills shortage yet has shifted too):
See the REPORT HERE.
