ps. this is the result for one of the Amazon’s job advert in HR 😉
3. NUMBER TO TAKE CARE OF: less than 10 minutes to respond to a candidate
As #timetofill remains the most common KPI for recruiters and staffing companies next year (no surprise) there is interesting data on time to respond. To keep your candidate engaged you should react in less than 10 minutes 🙂 challenging, isn’t it?
ps. An average time (from the candidate’s point of view, another source) is 6 hours response so we still need work to be done 🙂

4. THINGS TO DECIDE ON: vaccination policy
As more and more companies make decisions on “shall we make our employees get vaccinated no matter what?” there is a nice research study to help you mitigate the risk showing…
a quarter of employees (23%) saying they would strongly consider leaving their place of work if their employers mandated vaccines

5. TOOLS TO RETHINK: do you need a career website?
Yeah, this is a tricky question when set up like this BUT as we closer to performance marketing in talent acquisition than ever we need to rethink how we design career pages. My 3 basic questions always are:
- What is our goal – what do wee need to achieve for business and how will we measure that (better quality of hires, higher volume, shorter time to hire – those are all different designs goals!)
- Who do we target – and most importantly – who are we NOT for and how we say it (to help candidates decide they are not a good match with us is to optimize the TA through employer branding)
- How will we land people – will it be a part of the whole cross-channel communication platform or rather a general inboard with job offers? Who is going to produce content? How will manage the coherency of the message?

6. INSIGHTS TO CATCH UP: understand how developers learn to get better at your content strategy
A new report from @Stackoverflow surveying 80k developers in May 2021 on how they learn and level up, which tools they’re using, and what they want. Lots of data on basics like salary, demographics, languages (check the maps!) although not much on expectations or employers themselves.
BUT! Some interesting insights on how developers learn -> definitely a great source for those who plan to use content marketing or educational formats to activate their employer brand. CHECK THIS ??
