3. TRENDS TO CATCH UP WITH: updating benefits proposition

With the coming of the hybrid workplace, employee benefits are being put under the microscope. And many companies are realizing that the current crop of benefits may not make as much sense as they used to. Check how employee benefits may change in a hybrid workplace. Among other things, more flex time, work-from-anywhere periods, and continuing stipends for home offices.

4. THINGS TO TAKE CARE OF: building a culture of belonging  

OK, we’ve shifted away from in-person interactions and found ourselves relying on video calls and screen activities. BUT we do not lose our need for belonging. It is even more in need now. To make employees connected we need a new skill set in creating and sustaining a sense of real community of people working online/hybrid/offline together. How to make it?

No other topic has more publicity than diversity & inclusion these days (not counting returning to the office being naturally the hottest). But in fact, not a lot is said on how to approach D&I from the ground. So if thinking of setting DEI goals for the next 5 years or building your EVP around it, go deeper and get the basics to know how to measure your success.
