Marco is a seasoned expert in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing and Employee Engagement with over 15 years of experience. At Deloitte, Marco made his first steps in the world of Employer branding. At Accenture, he led the employer brand in the Netherlands, and at Lidl, he spearheaded the Employer Brand and Employee Engagement team. Now as a freelancer he operates under the name ‘The Employer Brand Boutique’, advising top companies like Team EIFFEL, Just Eat Takeaway, Danone, Rituals, and Tergooi MC, bringing his vision, creativity and experience to life in every project.
