Sarang is a dedicated professional with a passion for talent branding, candidate experience, and employee engagement. Beginning his career in digital marketing, he transitioned to recruitment and sourcing, where he became inspired by innovative approaches to attract talent. At Capgemini, he led the development of the company’s EVP and global talent attraction campaigns, and he currently drives talent branding efforts at GoDaddy.

Committed to community-building and continuous learning, Sarang is also the co-founder of Recruiting Adda, a talent acquisition community in India that fosters knowledge-sharing and professional growth.

Timothy has over 12 years of experience in Employer Branding, with a background spanning digital media planning at an ad agency, founding his own social media agency, and serving as an in-house Talent Brand Manager. He also brings seven years of recruitment experience from Japan.

Currently, as the Global Director of Employer Branding at Coupang, Timothy has spent nearly four years leading global strategies for Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, and Recruitment Marketing.
