With 20 years of experience, Caio possesses a strong background in business planning and strategy, marketing, talent acquisition and management. 

Prior to joining TMP, he had gained experience at advertising agencies in São Paulo, Brazil and Sydney, Australia as well different job board players. 
Caio earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Marketing at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, a Brazil’s top advertising school. He also earned an MBA in International Management at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
