Victor Rubin is originally from the north of Sweden. He moved to Paris around 2 and a half years ago to continue his marketing studies. Shortly after the world went into lockdown, he began his employer branding journey with Danone, working in the global employer branding team with a strong focus on developing the new career site. After a year of working with the global employer brand of Danone, he moved to the younger but quickly growing tech company BlaBlaCar, to improve their position on the talent market.
